1. The Service
Stable Audit provides monitoring and publication of publicly available on-chain events related to stablecoin issuers, including account bans, unbans and fund burns. The Service is provided for informational purposes only.
2. No financial advice
Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice. The information we publish is derived from public blockchain data and is provided "as is". You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on it.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it by unauthorized means, scrape it at a scale that degrades availability for others, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
4. Availability and accuracy
We work to keep the Service accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or that any event will be detected or published within a particular timeframe. On-chain data may be delayed or reorganized by the underlying network.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stable Audit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on the Service or from events not detected, delayed, or published inaccurately.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
7. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the contact form on our Contacts page.
